- Additional
Terms For Members
- Service is normally provided on an annual basis with fees payable in advance.
- Completing the set up form does not constitute
acceptance of or commitment to membership until membership has been approved and
subscription payments made.
CF
Connect can refuse membership at its discretion
without giving any reason or explanation.
- Subscription rates may be varied from time to
time. The appropriate rate chargeable will be that applying on signup or
renewal date.

Connect reserves the right to add to, amend or withdraw the services it
provides to its members and to provide additional services on a charged basis
or as part of its general services. You will not be eligible for any
compensation because you cannot use a service or because of a failure,
suspension or withdrawal of all or part of a service.
- You understand that there are times when our
server may crash or need to be upgraded. As such there will be times of service
downtime and thus you will not be able to use the service. You will not be
eligible for any compensation in such circumstances. We will use our reasonable
endeavours to maintain your services at all times.
- Regardless of anything else in these Terms and
Conditions of use, our liability shall not exceed the proportionate amount of
your subscription. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses you may
suffer.
Members agree to accept the following terms of conduct:-

That they remain eligible to be a member and will inform

Connect if those circumstances change |

That information posted by members to the site, (whether to their member’s directory, an article, event, M&A entry, job
opportunity or other information) is correct and fairly stated |

Entries to the M&A database should only be from clients for whom you have permission. Brokerage of known opportunities
is strictly forbidden as is posting of non existent transactions. Transactions and job opportunities should be removed
when no longer required |

That entries should not be used to provide negative information about other professionals |
| |
e) |
|
The site should not be used to offer investment opportunities to the general public |

f) |

Members will keep their passwords and user names secure and update them on a regular basis. You will keep your user
names and passwords secret and will not disclose them to third parties for any purpose |

Subscriptions provide access to
CF
Connect’s services by employees of offices in offices in one region only.
User names and passwords must not be given out nor used by anyone else other than the member’s employees of
the region subscribed for. Members’ employees may also access the site from a mobile or home computer. |

Connect reserves the right to carry out the following to remedy breaches of membership terms or to maintain
the quality and integrity of the website. These may include

Removal or amendment of all or part of information provided by members |

Suspend or cancel any account at its sole discretion. |
- Where membership is terminated, for whatever reason, during the subscription period no rebate of subscriptions
will be due.
- Renewal of service: These happen automatically and you will be billed 30 days prior to the start of your
Membership term.
- We are not responsible for any use you make of
CF
Connect services for any charges that you incur with any
third party. You Indemnify
CF
Connect against the effects of any misuse or any claims resulting from that misuse.
- The Terms and Conditions may change at any time. You are required to keep check on any updated terms by referencing
this document at various intervals.
- Any decision made by
CF
Connect in relation to the services provided and Conditions of Use shall be final.
